Joe Tremoglie

Joe Tremoglie joined the Eastern University Baseball coaching staff for the 2015 season and is no stranger to the Philadelphia-area baseball scene.

Tremoglie is a graduate of Philadelphia's Roman Catholic High School and was inducted into the school's hall of fame. He then went to St. Joseph's University and played for four years, primarily as a first baseman, and batted .280 for his career. Five years after graduating from St. Joe's, Tremoglie returned to the university as an assistant coach for their Division I program from 2001-2004 and then again from 2011-2012. In between the two stints at St. Joe's, Tremoglie returned to his high school, Roman Catholic, as the head coach from 2005-2010. He also worked as assistant coach at Springfield High School in Delaware County prior to arriving at Eastern.

Now in his third season with the Eagles, Coach Tremoglie will be working primarily with hitters and infielders. In addition to working with Eastern Baseball, he also serves the University in the Advancement office.

He lives in Drexel Hill with his wife Amanda and their daughter Alexa.
