Franklin Ramirez joins the Eastern University Baseball staff for the 2020-21 season. A Reading, Pa. native Ramirez played two seasons at Northampton Community College before playing at West Chester for a season and at Chestnut Hill College for his final year.He earned All-Region Honors at Northampton and hit just under .300 for his career.
He will assist with outfield defense, hitting, and base running, and will play a critical role in game-planning and recruiting.
Ramirez earned his degree in History from West Chester and will be working for teaching certification in middle school and high school Social Studies at Eastern.
