Corey Paluga comes to Eastern after serving for seven years as the head coach at Elmira College. He was the first coach in program history and led the Eagles to the third seed in the Empire Eight tournament in the program's third season. He coached 15 All-Conference selections, two All-Region performers, and had three players sign professional contracts.
Before his time at Elmira, Paluga served as a graduate assistant at Lynchburg, his alma mater, and then as an Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Stevens Institute of Technology.
In addition to working with several position groups, and focusing on improving team base-running, he will serve as Renauro's recruiting coordinator and will be the head coach for all developmental squad games.
He and his wife have three boys.
