2016-17- First-Team All-MAC Freedom and 3rd Team All-Region for D3Hoops.com. Lavin helped the Eagles to a 17-9 mark overall and a spot in the MAC Freedom Tournament. She matched her single-season program record with 100 blocks and became the program leader with 378 in her career. She scored a career-high 428 points and grabbed a career-best 257 rebounds while shooting 56.4 percent from the floor. In terms of program records, she finished her career ranked sixth in scoring with 1326 points, third in rebounds (973), and first in blocked shots.

2015-16- Second-Team All-MAC Freedom after injury-slowed finish to junior campaign. Averaged 14.4 points, 9.7 rebounds and 4.3 blocks per contest.
Named MAC-Freedom Player of the Week on 11/23/15 and again on 11/30/15. Recorded first career triple-double in 72-56 home win over Messiah College on 11/24/15. Scored 26 points, 12 rebounds and program-record 11 blocks.  Scored 33 points with 10 rebounds and 7 blocks in 94-86 win over the College of Staten Island.

2014-15- First-team All-Freedom Conference. Averaged 13 points, 9.4 rebounds, and 3.5 blocks for a team that won a program-record 22 games. Made the game-winning basket in a wild 88-87 overtime win over previously unbeaten and top-ranked FDU-Florham Devils. She finished with 15 points, 15 rebounds, and eight blocks to help the Eagles to snap the 53-game winning streak of the defending National Champions. Her 97 blocks were one short of program-record for single-season. Nine double-doubles in 28 appearances. She shot 57 percent from the floor. Tied NCAA Single-game shooting mark with 14-for-14 shooting performance in home win over Wilkes on 12/3/14 scored 30 points in 24 minutes in that game. Scored 29 points and grabbed 18 rebounds in home win over Keystone. Had eight blocks in three different games. Twice Named Freedom Conference Player of the Week.

2013-14- Freedom Conference Rookie of the Year. Made 21 starts in 25 appearances. Averaged 8.7 points and 8.3 rebounds per game. Finished with 81 blocks and five double-doubles. Shot 49.7 percent from the floor. Scored 16 points on 8-of-10 shooting in home win over Wilkes on 2/15/14. Grabbed 21 rebounds at Keystone on 1/9/14. Blocked seven shots on two occasions.
