Football Announces 2026 Slate

ST. DAVIDS, Pa. — Eastern University Football Head Coach Billy Crocker released his team's slate of games for the coming fall. The 2025 MAC Champion Eagles will play five home games in the league and will start the season with a road test at Endicott College.

The Eagles are slated to return several key players but will also, for the first time in program history, have to fill holes created by graduation.

Endicott won the Conference of New England last fall. The Gulls finished the regular season 9-1 and dropped a one-score game to the Salisbury University Sea Gulls in their first game in the NCAA Tournament. Endicott's Baseball team just finished as the National Runner-up. The trip to Beverly, Mass. will be the longest road trip for Eastern's young program. The Gulls have reached the NCAA Tournament in each of their last five seasons and opened their 2025 season with a win over Misericordia.

Eastern will return home to start the MAC season. The Eagles host Misericordia and Lebanon Valley in back-to-back weeks. The Cougars led the MAC at the midpoint of last year and earned a bowl appearance with a 7-2 finish in the league. A late strip-sack helped the Eagles to secure a seven-point win. Lebanon Valley was the only MAC team to beat the Eagles last year. The Dutchman converted a field goal on the final play of the game to claim a 24-21 win.

Eastern's first road test in the league will be at Delaware Valley. The always-tough Aggies finished second in the league last fall.

After a bye week, the Eagles will return to Radnor Street Road for a Homecoming test against King's College on October 10th. The Monarchs feature a balanced attack and won the 2024 MAC Title. The following week, Eastern will host Blue Route-rival Widener to start the second half of the season.

The Eagles will play three-of-four on the road to finish the year. After back-to-back trips to Reading to play Alvernia and Albright, the Eagles will host Stevenson on Nov. 7. The regular season wraps up with a game at FDU-Florham. In their last trip to Madison, the Eagles erased a 19-point halftime deficit to close out the 2024 season with a 37-33 win.
