ST. DAVIDS, Pa.— Eastern University Women's Lacrosse dropped a MAC Commonwealth test to the visiting and eighth-ranked York College Spartans. The Eagles (4-6, 0-2) scored the final goals of each half, but the deep and talented Spartans had almost all the possession and ran good offense throughout on the way to a 24-2 win.
The Spartans (8-4, 1-1) won nine first-quarter draws and used aggressive pressure to take balls back quickly on the way to 11 first-quarter goals. York took all 16 first-quarter shots. The Eagles tallied to end the half ona. free-position goal by
