ST. DAVIDS, Pa.– Eastern University Men's Tennis dropped its MAC Commonwealth opening match against the defending league-champion Stevenson University Mustangs.
Bryan Levi and doubles partner
Darren Lopez dropped a lengthy match at first doubles. Levi fell 6-4, 6-3 in the closest of the singles matches.
"Our guys were not quite themselves today," Interim Head Coach
Eric Houston said after the match. "Stevenson is talented, but I think we were pressing a little. We wound up making more errors than normal. We will continue to work and be better on Wednesday."
The Eagles are at Albright College for another MAC Commonwealth match at 3:00 pm Wednesday.
