Match Recaps: Rocket League

 On October 6th the Eastern University Rocket League varsity team, consisting of Jadon Thomas, Ethan Davie, and Jacob Morales  took the field to begin their varsity matchups against Juniata and Penn College. 

Recap of the Juniata match:

Game 1:
Eastern and Juniata kicked off with an incredible match with an overtime game that was back and forth throughout. 



Game 2:
Eastern and Juniata's 2nd game: Current match score is 1 - 0, Juniata has the lead.



Game 3:
Eastern and Juniata's 3rd game: Current match is tied.



Game 4:
Eastern and Juniata's 4th game: Current match score is 2 - 1, Juniata has the lead.



Game 5:
Eastern and Juniata's final game: Current match score is 2 - 2. 

This match proved to be the most defensive match of the whole night. Eastern survived the previous match with strong offense, but also identified how to keep Juniata from getting goals. That strategy played out again in game 5, except this time, Juniata was significantly more aggressive at taking shots on goal.
