ST. DAVIDS, Pa.– Eastern University Men's Tennis fell 8-1 to the visiting Lebanon Valley Dutchmen in a non-conference match that was shortened by early rain. The two teams played pro-sets in both singles and doubles to complete the match.

Karl Finkbeiner picked up the only Eastern point of the afternoon with an 8-6 win at first doubles. The win for Hamilton is his first as a collegiate player. Finkbeiner lost 8-4 in his match at second singles. With their roster depleted by injury and illness, the Eagles lost by walkover at sixth singles and third doubles.
The Eagles will compete at the MAC Individual Championships next weekend.
