Box Score ST. DAVIDS, Pa.– After finishing out the conference season with a win at Delaware Valley on Wednesday, Eastern University Field Hockey finished out the season with a tough 7-0 loss to the No. 7 College of New Jersey Lions (14-3).

After giving up an early goal to the high-powered TCNJ attack, the Eagles held the Lions in check until the 30th minute. The visitors then put away three goals in a three and a half minute stretch to put the game out of reach. TCNJ came into this afternoon's game with a 68-20 advantage in goals scored.

The Field Hockey program recognized the contribution of seniors Hayley Williams, Ashley Badders, and Kalyn Detweiler before the match. All three played a significant role in the Eastern defense over their careers. Williams ventured into the attack for penalty corners in her final two years and contributed five goals and five assists in 25 games.
