HAVERFORD, Pa.—Eastern Women's Lacrosse fell 15-4 in a rainy Wednesday night non-conference game at Haverford College.
The Eagles dipped a game below .500 (3-4) with the loss, while Haverford improved to 4-2.
Sara Blaylock scored twice for the Eagles, and Anna Charlebois and Shannon Wilcox each scored once. Blaylock, Charlebois and Wilcox have scored a combined 44 goals through seven games.
Blaylock scored one of her goals on a free-position shot. The Eagles went 1-of-8 in free-position attempts while Haverford went 5-for-11.
The Fords jumped to a 5-0 lead to start the claim and went on a seven-goal run to close out the first half and open the second. Haverford's Megan Gallagher tallied a game-high three goals.
Eastern does not play again until March 29 when they travel to No. 7 TCNJ.
