Meredith Marsteller joins Eastern University Athletics as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach after gaining coaching experience across collegiate, high school, private-sector, and team training environments.
Marsteller earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports and Event Management and a minor in Human Resources from Widener University. She was a member of the field hockey team and Eta Sigma Delta Honors Society. She holds a USA Weightlifting Level 1 certification, is CPR/AED certified through the American Red Cross, and is pursuing her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification.
Marsteller’s coaching background includes experience with Atlas Peak Performance, Titus Sports Academy, Penn Charter High School, and Widener University. She has worked with athletes across football, basketball, lacrosse, swimming, field hockey, soccer, baseball, water polo, squash, track and field, softball, and other sports.
As a student-athlete, Marsteller competed for Widener field hockey as a defender after beginning her college career at Albright. In her career for the Pride she started 36 games, scored 6 goals, and had 3 assists. Meredith will be pursuing her Master’s Degree at Eastern.
