Beau Westhoff joined the Eastern University Strength and Conditioning staff in August 2023. He brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of developing high-performing student-athletes. As a former student-athlete at both the junior college and NCAA levels, Westhoff has a well-rounded understanding of the student-athlete journey. He competed for and graduated from West Chester University
With over 23 years of experience in strength and conditioning, his background spans the private sector, the National Football League (NFL), and collegiate athletics. His diverse experience allows him to implement comprehensive, results-driven training programs designed to maximize performance and long-term athletic development.
At Eastern, Westhoff works primarily with the men’s baseball program, where he is committed to building stronger, faster, and more resilient athletes on and off the field.
