Laura Ressler Cook '11 became the fifth Field Hockey Player inducted into Eastern's Hall of Honor. The standout goalie from Media, Pa. has already entered the Hall of Honor as a member of the 2010 Field Hockey team.

She started 67 games in her three-year career and saw her goals against average drop in each of those three years. While playing against an outstanding schedule, she allowed less than a goal per game for her career.

In her senior season, Ressler stopped over 85 percent of the shots she saw and earned 11 shutouts in 23 games. The Eagles won 20 of those games and Ressler was honored as an NFHCA First-Team All-American in goal.

She earned 38 wins in goal over her final two seasons.
