Erin Meredith emerged immediately as a talented setter for Eastern Volleyball. Meredith was named All-Conference and All-Region Rookie of the Year. Meredith went on to earn All-American Honorable Mention status twice and Second Team once and helped Eastern Volleyball to a 127-25 record and four PAC championships from 2002-2005.

Her 5,507 career assists and 400 service aces are still the school record. Meredith recorded 143 more career aces than the next closest person on Eastern's record list. At the time of her induction, Meredith was 35th in NCAA Division III history in assists per set (11.61) and 13th all-time in career service aces.
