Erika Schlager Stoltz became the fifth individual women's volleyball player to join the Hall of Honor. A setter from Lititz, Pa., Rikki followed her older sister Christi to St. Davids. Christi was a four-year member of EUVB and earned MAC Freedom Tournament MVP Honors her senior year.

It did not take long for Rikki to step out of her sister's shadow. Though she shared setting duties at the beginning of the season. Schlager took over the starting spot in October and helped the Eagles to a MAC Freedom Title, an appearance in the Regional Final, and a 14-2 record down the stretch. One of those wins was a three-set win over the host Eagles at Juniata College.

The following year, she earned the first of her three All-America honors and helped her squad to reach the NCAA Elite Eight. The 2013 Eagles earned their return to the National Quarterfinals with a 32-5 record and NCAA Tournament wins over Johns Hopkins, Christopher Newport, and Stevenson.

In her four-year career, Eastern Volleyball went 122-25 and won eight NCAA Tournament matches. She was named MAC Freedom Player of the Year in her junior and senior seasons, and she earned AVCA First-Team All-America Honors in 2015. She is currently third on Eastern's career assist list.
