Danielle Prescott Shedaker ‘05 is the most prolific goal-scorer in the 53-year history of Eastern University Field Hockey. She scored 69 goals and is tied with fellow Hall of Honor inductee Terri Heim Johnston with 155 points. She was the 2004 PAC Player of the Year. In 2002, she earned Championship MVP honors when she scored the lone goal in 1-0 win over Arcadia University.

As a player, Danielle played a critical role in keeping the program on track in a time of transition. She played for four head coaches in four years and was one of two seniors on the team when Camrin Azzarano took on leadership of the program. Over the years, many great players joined the Eastern program as a direct or indirect result of Danielle’s influence on the culture of the program.

She was introduced by her husband, Kyle Shedaker.
