Eastern University Athletics

Chris Calciano '93, was inducted into Eastern's hall of Honor in April of 2012.

Calciano is the first Eastern University baseball player to be inducted. He earned Pennsylvania Athletic Conference All-Conference honors as a pitcher and as an infielder. He had a 2.65 career ERA and finished with 14 wins and only four losses on the circle.

The 1993 NCCAA All-American continued in baseball as a very successful coach at West Chester University and at Georgia College and State University.  At the time of his induction, he worked as a Major League Scout in the Boston Red Sox Organization. Calciano also played basketball in his time at Eastern.
