Coach Wagner enters his thirteenth season at Eastern as the winningest coach in program history. The Eagles, who won PAC Championships in three of their final five years have qualified for post-season play in each of Wagner's seasons at the helm. In 2003, Wagner led his team to their first PAC title in ten years. In 2005 Wagner helped guide the team to another Conference Championship beginning the season 15-0 while maintaining a top ten national ranking. Wagner’s 2007 squad advanced to the 2nd Round of the NCAA Tournament.
In Wagner's first season in 1998, his team posted a 15-5-1 record and went to the top of the charts in NCAA Division III goal-scoring offense. Wagner was named the PAC "Coach of the Year" in 1998, 2003 and 2005. Additionally, Wagner has been named Southeast PA College Coach of the Year for NCAA Divisions 1,2 and 3 on two occasions as well as being honored as NSCAA Adidas Mid Atlantic Region Coach of the Year. His players have earned recognition at the Conference, Regional, and National levels.

Coach Wagner earned his undergraduate degree from Messiah College ('89), and finished his masters at Elmira College in 1995. He and his wife, Linda, and their two sons Jonathan and Jacob, live in Newtown Square, PA.
